I had just returned to this part of Germany for the first time since I left for the USA at the age of 9, riding my bicycle from Bremen to Oldenburg (where I was born) this was the first windmill I came across. I stopped, took a few photos and I knew I was home. (the location on the map is off by about a block, being close to the corner of Nutzhorner Landstrasse and Schierbroker Muelenweg, but it should be easy to find). I will be back to visit again, loved this area.
